We can assist in divorce cases, injunctions (obtaining or applications to discharge/vary), child care cases, residence orders and/or contact matters.

We do not carry publicly funded work (i.e. legal aid). Our private rates are competitive and we can often agree a fixed fee in relation to divorces (uncontested). Please contact us to discuss this. If you require legal aid, we suggest that you contact the Legal Services Commission / Birmingham Law Society for a list of solicitors that carry out legally aided family law work.
